MASSACHUSETTS - Orthopedic Surgery - Weekend Call Coverage

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for ongoing weekend call coverage with an established orthopedic program in Massachusetts. This opportunity offers a manageable call volume, and the ability to provide supplemental coverage for a group of full-time surgeons reducing their weekend schedules.

Assignment Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Schedule: Friday evening through Monday morning

  • Coverage Need: 1–2 weekends per month

  • No trauma coverage required

Requirements:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon

  • Comfortable with weekend call coverage and general inpatient orthopedic responsibilities

Compensation:

  • $2,300 per day

  • $300 per hour callback

  • Mileage reimbursement available
