Jim is our ‘rev-you-up’ with vision and passion leader. Responsible for setting trends in the staffing industry for nearly three decades, Jim brings experience and fresh ideas to our team. He is a founder of Systems Personnel, one of Western New York’s leading staffing companies that focuses on health care staffing. Locums National is a natural fit for his plan to grow clinical staffing services across the nation. Jim is Buffalo born, raised, and educated. When not in the office or out in the community helping ‘Improve Lives,’ Jim can be found hiking with his wife and dog, fishing or collecting rusty antiques. Dustin Fadale
Founding Partner, VP Development / Work Health
Dustin is our ‘cool-fun’ leader, always smiling and laughing while making sure everyone is getting what they need. Born and raised in Western New York, over the past 15 years Dustin helped build two of the largest locum staffing agencies in the industry. His strategic vision and leadership are instrumental to our growth and success. Dustin focuses his ‘work health’ efforts on our providers. Charged with creating better provider staffing solutions, he is always on the go. Away from work he coaches his son’s hockey team and finds solace with his wife and dogs. Dustin loves the outdoors and spends free time fishing the gorgeous streams in Western New York.
Jon Poliseno
Founding Partner, VP Operations / Work Health
Jon is our ‘get-er-done’ high energy leader, keeping us focused and on-course. He has been a leader and top producer in the staffing industry for over 20 years. Locums National returns Jon to his medical staffing roots where he grew through the ranks of a leading locums company. Jon is passionate about people and doing a quality job. His ‘work health’ efforts are spent designing systems to streamline and automate our efforts. Jon cares about the WNY community and simply doing the right thing. He is Buffalo born, raised and educated. When not working, you can find Jon on an Ice Rink, coaching his daughter, or on a Baseball field with his son.
Josh Fadale
Managing Partner / Work Health
Josh is our "growth-with-purpose" leader, bringing over 20 years of healthcare recruiting experience, including 17 in locum tenens. He was instrumental in building two of the industry's largest divisions and was the top producer for over a decade, earning Presidents Club every year of his career. Locums National is a return to his Buffalo roots, where Josh focuses on strategic growth, business development, and forward-thinking vision alongside the partners. When not in the office, Josh can be found coaching his youngest son's flag football team, cheering him on as goalie for the Buffalo Jr. Sabres, or spending quality time with his wife Melissa, their Rhodesian Ridgeback King, and their two older kids — Brighton, who loves puzzles and engineering kits, and Taylor, whose stage presence at dance competitions always inspires him.
