Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT physician for a locum tenens assignment in Texas. This role begins with full-time coverage during a provider’s leave and may transition into reduced coverage or long-term work depending on mutual interest.
Assignment Details:
	- 
	Start Date: October/November 
- 
	Duration: Approximately 3–4 months (may extend; after permanent provider returns, reduced frequency of 1–2 weeks/month) 
- 
	Schedule: 
		- 
		Clinic: 3 days per week 
- 
		OR: 2 days per week 
 
- 
	Call: 1 in 3 nights/weekends (light call duties due to APP support) 
Responsibilities:
	- 
	Manage general ENT cases across clinic and OR settings 
- 
	Diagnose, treat, and perform indicated surgeries 
- 
	Handle occasional facial trauma consults/cases (rare) 
- 
	Collaborate with APPs, who take first call, along with nursing staff and support teams 
Requirements:
	- 
	Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in ENT 
- 
	Active Texas license or IMLC eligibility 
- 
	Strong communication and team collaboration skills
