TEXAS - ENT - Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT physician for a locum tenens assignment in Texas. This role begins with full-time coverage during a provider’s leave and may transition into reduced coverage or long-term work depending on mutual interest.

Assignment Details:

  • Start Date: October/November

  • Duration: Approximately 3–4 months (may extend; after permanent provider returns, reduced frequency of 1–2 weeks/month)

  • Schedule:

    • Clinic: 3 days per week

    • OR: 2 days per week

  • Call: 1 in 3 nights/weekends (light call duties due to APP support)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ENT cases across clinic and OR settings

  • Diagnose, treat, and perform indicated surgeries

  • Handle occasional facial trauma consults/cases (rare)

  • Collaborate with APPs, who take first call, along with nursing staff and support teams

Requirements:

  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in ENT

  • Active Texas license or IMLC eligibility

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
