KANSAS - Urology - Locums

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Kansas. This established practice is seeking coverage while recruiting permanent providers and offers flexibility for full-time or part-time availability. Providers with robotic surgery experience and pelvic floor reconstruction expertise are highly desired.

Assignment Details:

  • Start Date: August (approximately 90-day credentialing timeline)

  • Duration: Ongoing

  • Multiple providers may be utilized to meet coverage needs

  • Schedule: Flexible and can be tailored to provider availability

  • Typical Practice Schedule:

    • 3 clinic days per week

    • 2 OR days per week

  • Clinic Volume: 25–30 patients per day

  • OR Volume: 5–6 surgeries per day

  • EMR: Epic

  • Robotics Available: Da Vinci Xi

Practice Environment:

  • Established practice with two full-time Urologists

  • Shared call rotation available

  • 24-hour nurse triage service takes first call

  • Clinic and hospital located in close proximity for ease of workflow

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology

  • Robotic surgery experience preferred

  • Pelvic floor reconstruction experience highly desired

  • Active state license or ability to obtain licensure

Compensation:

  • $2,800 – $3,000 per day

  • Higher rates may be considered for exceptional candidates
