We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide Vascular Surgery coverage in Minnesota. This ongoing opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and the chance to work with an established vascular surgery team.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Ongoing through October, with possible extension

• Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week

  • Monday–Friday

  • 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Thursdays required

• Full-time preferred, though providers available 2–3 weeks per month will also be considered

• Primary practice location with occasional support at a nearby satellite location

• No evenings

• No weekends

• No call

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Assist in the care of vascular surgery patients

• First assist in the operating room as needed

• Inpatient and outpatient vascular surgery management

• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and the multidisciplinary care team

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

• Surgical experience required

• NP candidates with surgical training strongly preferred

• Active Minnesota license required or Compact license

• Vascular Surgery experience preferred

Compensation:

• $120-$145 per hour depending on experience, and volume
