WEST VIRGINIA - Gastroenterology - Locums

We are seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for a six-month locum tenens opportunity in West Virginia. This assignment offers a balanced mix of clinic, endoscopy, and call coverage with the flexibility to work 2–3 weeks per month.

Assignment Details:

  • Start Date: October 1, 2026

  • Contract Length: 6 months

  • Coverage Needed: 2–3 weeks per month

  • Multiple providers will be considered

  • Practice Setting: Hospital-based

  • Clinic plus call coverage

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • General Gastroenterology

  • Endoscopy

  • ERCP

  • EUS

  • Inpatient consultations

  • Outpatient clinic

  • Call coverage

Patient Volume:

  • Clinic: Approximately 10–12 patients per day

Compensation

  • $3,000-$3,400 per day

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Gastroenterology

  • Active state license or IMLC (licensing assistance available)

  • DEA required

  • BLS and ACLS required

  • ERCP and EUS experience required
