We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for holiday call coverage with an established healthcare system. This is a call-only opportunity focused on inpatient urology coverage with manageable volume and ongoing future needs anticipated.

Assignment Details:

• Holiday Coverage

• Orientation required one day prior to coverage start

• Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7 AM – 7 AM)

• Inpatient call only

• Bread-and-butter Urology cases

• Average workload: 3–6 hours per day

• Occasional heavier days (6–10 hours) depending on surgical volume

• Additional future coverage opportunities anticipated

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology

• Active state license preferred

• IMLC accepted for expedited licensing

• Comfortable with independent inpatient call coverage

Compensation:

• $2,700 – $3,800 per day depending on volume
