We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Montana. This assignment offers exceptional flexibility, no call responsibilities, and the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a supportive oncology program.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Ongoing

• Schedule:

  • 1–2 weeks per month on-site (2 weeks strongly preferred)

  • After three months of on-site coverage, providers may have the option to add one remote week per month

• Monday–Friday schedule

• Providers choose the weeks they wish to work

• No call responsibilities

• Hospital is willing to commit to a 1–2 year agreement

Practice Highlights:

• 10-12 infusion chairs

• Approximately 11–15 patients per day

• Epic EMR

• Ambient AI-assisted documentation

• Very quick credentialing process

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician

• Active state license preferred

• Licensing assistance available

• Strong commitment to patient-centered oncology care

Compensation:

• $3,600–$4,200 per day
