We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Montana. This assignment offers a low-volume practice with a balanced mix of scheduled procedures, inpatient rounding, ER consults, and STEMI call, making it an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking consistent locum work without a high-volume workload.

Assignment Details:

• 1 week per month-October ongoing

• Monday–Friday:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Scheduled procedures

  • Hospital rounding

  • Emergency Department consults

• Weekend:

  • Call coverage only

• Average Patient Volume:

  • 3–8 patients per day

• STEMI Call:

  • Approximately one STEMI per week

Required Skills & Procedures:

• Interventional Cardiology

• PCI

• Stress Testing

• Impella preferred

• Echo interpretation

• EKG interpretation when General Cardiology coverage is unavailable

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist

• Active state license preferred

• Licensing assistance available

• Comfortable providing STEMI call coverage

Compensation:

• $2,600-$3,200+ per day depending on volume and experience
