Texas -Neurosurgery-Locums

We are seeking a Neurosurgeon for an ASAP and ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Texas. This is primarily a call coverage position with flexibility for providers who can cover 1 week per month.

Position Highlights

  • Specialty: Neurosurgery

  • Start: ASAP

  • Length: 1 week per month ongoing

  • Primarily call coverage

  • Some clinic coverage may be available

  • PA support with PAs taking first call

  • Trauma Center

  • Spine experience is a plus, but not required

  • Neurovascular cases are not required

  • Flexible scheduling for September, October and November

  • Strong need for coverage beginning in the first week of September

Schedule

We are interested in providers who can cover:

  • Weekend call

  • 1 weeks per month

  • Multiple recurring stretches

Requirements

  • Active Texas license strongly preferred

  • Neurosurgery experience

  • Comfortable with call coverage

  • Board certification/eligibility as applicable

Compensation

  • $3,500-$5,000+ per day Depending on volume and experience
