WEST VIRGINIA - Urology - Weekend Call Coverage

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for ongoing weekend call coverage in West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking supplemental income through a predictable call-only schedule with manageable patient volume and flexibility in weekend commitments.

Assignment Details:

  • Coverage: 1 weekend per month ongoing

  • Schedule: Friday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM

  • Call Only (Inpatient)

  • Average Workload: 3–6 hours per day

  • Occasional heavier days (6–10 hours) depending on surgical volume

  • Bread-and-butter Urology cases

  • Flexible scheduling available

    • One weekend per month

    • Every other month

  • Ongoing need for at least 6 months with additional vacation coverage opportunities anticipated

Requirements:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology

  • Active state license preferred

  • IMLC accepted for licensing

  • Comfortable managing inpatient call coverage independently

Compensation:

  • $2,800–$3,000 per day (includes up to 4 hours)

  • $300/hour call back
