We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Montana. This assignment is ideal for physicians who thrive in a busy Labor & Delivery environment with outstanding clinical support and access to advanced neonatal care.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: August 2026

• Ongoing coverage throughout the fall

• Primarily 24-hour in-house shifts

• Typical schedule follows a 24-hour on / 24-hour off rotation

• Select 12-hour day and night shifts also available

• Multiple coverage dates available from August through November

• Approximately 1,800 births annually

• Busy Labor & Delivery service

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Labor & Delivery coverage

• Routine and high-risk obstetrical care

• Emergency OB/GYN procedures as needed

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams

Support Structure:

• Trauma Center

• NICU

• Excellent physician, nursing, anesthesia, and neonatal support

• Collaborative Labor & Delivery team

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN

• Active state license preferred

• Comfortable working in a high-volume Labor & Delivery environment

• Experience managing routine and complex obstetrical cases

Compensation:

• $210-$235 per hour
